About 20th second in video
On the left side where are printer brands (HP,FUJI etc) second 'brand' is 'generic'
If you click that on the right side you will see 'Generic/Text Only'

Then when you are creating FRX you use that printer. It would be good idea to actually have physical printer device
with you while building / testing as you will have plenty of trial/error before you reach acceptable solution.
If it is POS solution, I would test with multiple receipt printer brands before you can deploy app to real world.
