Using VFP compiler. Latest version does away with VFP runtimes completely: you distribute myapp.exe and myapp.dll and that's it. Actually MS recommends including the C++ runtimes these days, so probably best to include the runtime for whatever C++ you compiled to. C++ V6 to the very latest C++11 is supported.
