No. It doesn't change my thoughts if that is what you are thinking. I've done enough contract work with the State of Kansas Mental Health and Social and Rehabilitative Services people to have absolutely no confidence in their skills whatsoever. I think the majority of their counselors need counseling.

I'm sure there are exceptions, but I haven't met them.
