Grady, there's this thing you can use these days called "Google". If, for example, you were to go to "
www.google.com" and type in the search box "VFP excel createobject" you might find "About 76,400 results". Many of these might have examples to teach you. :-)
And also, if you click the "I'm feeling lucky" button after that search, it immediately takes you here:
