There was a legendary presentation by the latter which I did not attend and only heard about. He was demonstrating FoxPro for the Mac and showing off its voice recognition capabilities. "Computer, run FoxPro!" he said. It started up FoxPro. "Computer, run dBASE!" he said. The computer voice replied, "I'm sorry but I can't do that, Dave."
