My favorite Turkey recipe involves cutting the Turkey into its major parts, remove as much skin as possible, rub butter on all the surfaces, add your favorite condiments, and cook at 275 degrees F, until done. It takes about 3 hours for a 14 pound bird to cook to its proper internal temperature. It turns out to be very juicy, due to the low cooking temperature.

Make the stuffing in a separate container. I have been doing this for the last two years and everyone loves it.
