We have hundreds of users using it (and have been using it for years). Those are the users we generally have no issues with until they start clicking on some of the more notorious popups and install whatever trojans are offered.

We use it to clean the drives we get from users using Norton/AVG/etc. We use MalwareBytes as a final cleanup.

We highly recommend MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.
