And the chief manager, CEO, CTO & ETC is the main programmer. I guess it's an one-lady-shop, no corporate bullshit, 2M$ budget for drafting policy documents and other expensive blah blah. And it works great - the garments sewn fit "kao salivene" (as if poured on, or as if from a custom mold)... so I guess there's someone with the surname Sullivan (saliven) in there.

It's for those who know what they're looking for: design your own sewing patterns. It's a nearly CAD thing, and there's some serious calculation of where the stitches go, based on the model you pick, and any of dozens of customizations you do, and of course on your prospective garment wearer's measures. And it takes between 15 and 20 numbers to take complete measure - not the usual five or six the professional tailors take. The result is a perfect fit. You just print the pattern it creates, stick the sheets together (and yes, it had no problem going from letter to A4), cut the paper, cut the cloth, sew and you get a piece of garment that's made exactly for you.

It's a rarely useful app, so different from most of what's sold nowadays.
