If I'm not mistaken, I believe that a VFP textbox bound to a date field had some built in smarts that would let end users edit the date value by using the up/down arrow keys (and perhaps pageup/pagedn too). The month/day/year portions of the date would be automatically highlighted/selected and simply by pressing the up/down arrow keys, the highlighted value would increase/decrease by 1.

Am I just dreaming that this was the way it worked out of the box? If not, can anyone give me some pointers as to how I go about getting it done? I've tried fooling with the input mask and format properties of the textbox but no joy.
