FireFox is way farther in front than IE for HTML5 but webkit is obviously superior. I can drop FF framerates to 1fps easily. IE I can look at funny and it crumbles.

Don't try anything nontrivial with it. I was talking to a blue badge a few weeks ago and said his clients are pissed about the same thing: you need to develop a special site just for IE.

IE might get Web Audio API in a few years.

As far as what is available, publically, well... I know people.
