We've been through this before. yes. I've been using it since consumer preview and I've been using the RTM since it hit MSDN.

In Win7 I go to the start menu (organised the way I want it) and click on the program I want to run. (Period). I don't have type in a search. I don't have to have all my program icons on a flat desktop if I don't want to search. I run multiple programs on multiple desktops w/o having to open the desktop first.

I don't accept the Kool-aid.

As I said, your opinion on Metro on a desktop PC puts you in a very lonely minority.
