Did you add a character and animate it? Did you try making a soundtrack?
Are all the features available on IE? How do the framerates compare to other browsers?
Try going to "Scene" and uncommenting the line that adds shadowBlur = 10;
What happens to the framerates?
I'm guessing the app doesn't work one bit on IE8, which looks like is still the most popular version out there.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_Explorer#Desktop_Market_share_by_year_and_versionOf course, if you install Chrome it stays up to date automatically. None of that IE7, 8, 9, 10 crap.
Did I mention it's also the world's most popular web browser?

How many features of the moviemaker.htm work on a mobile IE?
They all work (even the Web Audio API parts) on an iOS 6.
