There are tools which are usable, but I have not found an IDE anywhere that compares to Visual Studio. Several have many features, but it's the toolchain, the compiler support, edit-and-continue, the debugger, etc.

Find me one and I'll switch, as I'm already 100% Linux on everything except for Windows-related development I do for clients, and my personal use of Visual Studio (for edit-and-continue).
