I have seen time outs in the past even to display a single message

If I take all messages of eg Bad old guns Thread #1561559 Message #1561559 it takes about 2 seconds before I get a reply

Possibilities
(1) There is a time out from the sql server/IIS/ application on ut
(2) There is a bottleneck /delay somewhere between Canada and your place. The problem is to determine where
