What I'm really trying to do; Open a .dat file via ODBC. Delete it's contents retaining the .dat structure and file name.
Fill the empty .dat file with edited data. For instance the edited data could be upper/lower case while the original was all upper case.
So I still need to resolve that pesky Invalid Argument error.
