First, thank you.
COUND is my typo here (it is 4 am here and I am still not 100%). But I am not sure how I can replace the expressing in the HAVING clause. In my simplified code above I didn't indicate that there is also GROUP BY clause. And the purpose of the HAVING was to work on the grouped values.
