I occasionally hear from my users (whom i can't visit) that they can't select an appropriate printer.
The overall configuration of printer settings including the selection of a printer is done in the program by executing the SYS(1037,1) command. What happens is that the users don't see the "Printer" button that under normal conditions appear in the lower right corner of the SYS(1037,1) dialog window. This problem occurs only on Win7 machines. I've tried a few Win7 machines but on all of them the "Printer" button appeared where it should have.
The last straw was a call from someone with Win7 max and who had logged in to the system as an administrator.

Are you familiar with such a situation?
