Totally unrelated, but just have to ask, and you seem to be a guy to ask.

What kind of logic makes applications and record uppercase, while not making client, power and failure so? I'm getting frustrated over the Years trying to Catch some logic in the casing, But it Always eludes me. And the few people I asked Before didn't offer much of An explanation, so I'm Still clueless.
