Entity Framework is built in to Visual Studio. It's actually fairly easy to create an EF data model of a simple database.
It does add a lot of wizard generated code to an app (and you might have to modify it) and adds a lot to SQL traffic, and you'll need to learn LINQ if you don't already know it.
Some developers think the world of it (not me personally).
