Add
CREATE TABLE #Parameters (Parameters VARCHAR(500) COLLATE DATABASE_Default)
By default if you don't specify collation, it will get it from TempDb database which may be different than the database you're working with. If you want to use the same collation, add COLLATE DATABASE_DEFAULT to all character columns. This is a known problem often discussed in MSDN Transact-SQL forum.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
