I was just talking to a guy here in the office about this NY law. We're both mid 40's, and we both remember when we were kids/teens. You just didn't see this kind of violence. The same types of weapons were around. heck, higher capacity magazines were around, as were assault weapons. Yet people didn't go around shooting dozens of people.

So that means the problem isn't the guns. It's the people. I'v been saying this for years in here.. Until you figure out a way to fix what's wrong with people, then people will continue to kill each other. Taking away a gun from someone won't stop that.
