Microsoft defines the following at this page for the httpRuntime maxRequestLength:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/e1f13641(v=vs.71).aspx

Indicates the maximum file upload size supported by ASP.NET. This limit can be used to prevent denial of service attacks caused by users posting large files to the server. The size specified is in kilobytes. The default is 4096 KB (4 MB).

However, there doesn't seem to be a way to catch that up. I have read on several pages that many are trying to intercept but there were unable and this goes in the Event Viewer.

If anyone has an idea on how to take control on the situation, that would be appreciated.
