Yes I know, thats why I would rather develop a website for iPad users that might want our stuff. Would not be surprised if Apple and MS close this loophole somehow though.

Yeah, just like a normal app - the user is in charge because they have to choose to share to Excel or whatever. They have to hit the share button. Whats the difference?
