I see what you mean. I guess in that case one would need an API call to do whatever it is Windows does when it adjusts time for summer time etc and pass in SA's id.
Sorry for the off the cuff misleading reaction but thanks for giving me something to think about so I can go poke around for a good answer that may help me someday.
