and while I certainly believe most of megaupload stuff was copyrighted to other persons than those uploading it,
there were some who used the service to store their very own stuff. They cannot access it and the legality
of the bringing them down via US leaning on New Zealnd and confiscating servers whereever they succeeded was
questionable as well IMO. Much easier to hide a 2.5 USB disk...
