Sorry, I couldn't resist. You are in Wales, right, west of Hereford? I saw a clip on BBC on how bad the weather's been in Wales. I have an aunt living in Leominster.

I had found someone saying that there was a limit between 100 and 150 which fits in with what I am seeing. I'll look for an easily configurable smtp server and try it out as the aysnchronous call is causing problems with saving the data after the emails have been sent.
