My opinion is well known on this cheater so you can obviously count me amongst the other cynics.

I'd like to toss another thought into the fray since I haven't seen it expressed here. In addition to promotion for his book, movie whathaveyou, I think this public confession may be part of an undisclosed plea deal.

It was in leaks of the interview early this week that he finally admitted to using performance enhancing drugs after years of denial, after being stripped of all his titles. I strongly felt for years that he was guilty so it brought me satisfaction when he was brought to account.
