WebDev does not have every control that WinDev has because not every control can be used in a browser or not every control has yet been ported to WebDev. However, a very extensive set of controls is available and they are being added to in each version. Version 18 is already out in French and the English version will release in April or so.

Every help page shows which platform a command, function or control can operate in. For example, here is a list of controls:

Then selecting a specific control e.g. the Treeview control:

You will see that there is a ribbon of icons across the top. These show to what platform this control currently applies. The grayed out ones do not apply. So this control can work on or in the following:
