>It is like I wrote - he is trying to convince himself
I have said why I replied. I was asked a couple questions, and I was teaching, responding when people posted incorrect information about Christianity.
The message of most modern mainstream Christian pastors today is incorrect. Following Christ has been stripped of its purpose and power, reinterpreted in recent years to suit people's itching ears (their desire to hear "the soft way" of the flesh). The bible foretold this would happen, by the way. It also foretold that some would be saved. It is to them I write--those who can hear His call.
Christ at the cross is powerful. One sacrifice undid the power Satan had over death and the grave. No one ever need be cast into Hell again.
Christianity is the hope, promise, and restoration of the eternal life God originally created each of us to have. Jesus restores what was lost, that we might live in Heaven.
>It will continue as long as there is an audience
>when no one answers any more it will stop
I respond to misrepresentations of Christianity, of Christ, or of a believer's walk, such as the other day someone posted there was no test for faith.
None of this is a joke. Men's eternal souls are at stake. I am writing to anyone who can hear this message in their inmost man.
