Enterprise is exactly the same as Pro, only with some additional features for management by corporate IT. There are no restrictions for loading unless restricted by group policy.

I haven't seen anything about being able to load onto WindowsRT, but perhaps you are confusing WindowsRT (the version of the OS for ARM devices) and WinRT (the new Windows RunTime). Thanks to Microsoft marketing for again confusing things.
