I have customer with a unique problem. They have an HP P2035N laser printer installed as a network printer. When printing anything from my VFP 9 management system they have to go to the printer and "hit the green button" in order to have the job print. I confirmed that even if it is several pages the job stays in the printer till they hit the button. Their other two major programs print with no problems.

I do not have this problem with about 100 other customers. They say I fixed it when they first installed the printer 3 years ago. Today they installed 2 new PCs and have the problem again.

Any ideas?
