I strongly recommend FoxyPreviewer where you have many more options for reporting, and it's free. http://foxypreviewer.codeplex.com/.

I haven't used it much myself, simply because I haven't had much need for creating reports. But as far as I know, you can control almost anything by setting properties. You only need to add two or three lines to make it replace the normal report writer.

Earlier I had a similar use to yours. I ended up with defining several virtual printers, where every combination of paper tray, number of copies and single page/duplex had its own name.
