Look the thing that makes more sense here than anything is to add/change/fix a few laws, let the damn ATF do their freakin job and go after the 1% of the gun dealers that are screwing it up for everyone else. That and don't make them destroy their records after 24 hours or whatever (ya know - stuff that actually prevents them from catching a mistake). - and get rid of the assault weapons. It's really not that complicated.
