Hi everyone,

I have a quick question. We have been running a pure VFP app for many years and have finally gotten to the point where we have to convert SOME of the large DBFs to SQL while still maintaining their VFP counterparts.

I know in years past the main avenues for VFP and SQL to talk to each other was ODBC or ADO. I’ve looked at quite a few whitepapers and comments on the subject but most are still at least 6 years old.

I’m just wondering what do you all feel is the best option TODAY for VFP to talk to SQL?
