She has no valid point here whatsoever.

The more we talk, the more I realize that you're really pretty naive.

Police officials, like military and election government folks, all take an oath to uphold the law/constitution, as I did when I joined the Marines. A soldier who believes an order to me immoral is bound to question it and if it's illegal, to NOT follow it. It's no different for law enforcement. Notice I didn't say "Police" or "Sheriff"? They're not at all different here. Elected or appointed, they're still law enforcement. An illegal edict from the white house is still illegal, and law enforcement is required to NOT enforce it.

This is pretty much common sense and common knowledge. I know you're totally anti-gun, and that's your right, and I respect it. But c'mon, at least think without pre-concieved notions.
