There *is* validity to the article. Hopefully the Electronic Frontier Foundation or a similar group will take it to court to determine if the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should apply or not - but in the meantime - we're screwed.

I agree 100% - although the rocket-launch is a bit questionable. I imagine the FAA might have issue with that one.
