Call the guys and ask them for a way to get to the mdb - it's obviously not accessible via HTTP. Maybe FTP or some other way of getting it would work - it all depends on how they set their server. But I guess it would all require some protocol - be it username/password, establishing a VPN or whatever they prefer.
