NOTE: This program is used by a non profit whose secretary changes each year and the program is passed to a different machine with different programs available. This particular year the secretary is running Excel 2010.

I was able to download it via ftp. Since I don't have Access (and it's likely the end user won't) I previously used Excel to open the file (in the background) and resave it as Excel which VFP can work with. I also don't have Excel 2010, so I can't duplicate the problem the user has reported. I did have her test opening the file manually in her Excel 2010, it bombed as first described. (It seems there's some lack of backward compatibility with 2010?) Please let me know if you have any other ideas. Thanks for your patience!
