Do you use reportlistener with XFRX or not?

>Problem: In a small number of instances, a report printed through XFRX is having the top one inch or so of the report page cut off. It is as if the report starts printing off the page. The report in the previewer displays correctly. This happens in a small number of cases. I have not been able to narrow the problem down to any specific printer driver or printer model. I wondered if anyone else is having this problem. Support requests to Eqeus have not been answered.
