In any case I was trying to discuss the gun problem - which I'm finding rather difficult to do these days because everyone wants to jump up and down and compare it to something completely unrelated instead of actually finding some solutions to the problem.
There is an easy and constitutional solution to the problem, do not ban guns for it is very time consuming to see if the ban is constitutional or not, just ban bullets! There is no mention whatsoever in the second amendment stating that the gun must be loaded.
