Windows explorer>select folder, say C:\Windows\System32>cmd prompt as admin>[drive:]\Windows\System32\regsvr32 control.ocx>returns DLL reg succeeded. It's odd because I got the app to run normally in dev mode and runtime, but I still can't open the form. I just don't know.
