Once had to deal with stuff that was inconsistently indented. Most of the time when indentation was used it was "reverse" of normal convention (e.g. continuation lines started more to left than line above it). The other bit was upper/lower case was not consistent -- as if he simply kept typing with caps-lock being toggled on and off at random times.
