If I am not mistaken, the first fox team was like 5 developers and they ran circles around probably a 1,000 (just a guess) developers at Ashton-Tate. Small company doesn't have to be a bad word. If that were the case, nearly every developer here in the UT would be considered part of a small company (for argument sake, I will say a small company is less than 100 full time developers).
