When a VB.NET desktop application is having this situation:

"An unhandled win32 exception error occured in Application.exe [idhere]."

Is the idhere representing the process id? If yes, and if the application is still showing on the desktop with that crash, is it normal this process id no longer appears in the Task Manager?
