Jumping into this late and this may have been covered but I would first find any foxuser files on the hd an blow them away. Would also suggest copyling exe to anther box with the RT (even if there is no data) just to make sure the Exe is not corrupted somehow. But at this point I'd elminate bad foxuser ( screen position on 2nd monitor that isn't there now etc ) first
