I have this program installed on numerous Win7 computers and never have I had a case where nothing happens when you double click the icon (or navigate to the folder and double click the exe itself). No other program screen pops up, just nothing. Under XP if the FoxPro library was missing, nothing would happen but under Win7 you normally get an error message.

What happens if you try launching the program from the command line? I'd seen odd situations where programs launch OK from command line but not through the GUI.
