Hrm... interesting idea. [manaical laugh] Yep, we could be really friendly like, and simply hand over as many nuclear "devices" as they'd ever want. We wire them up with proximity sensors so that if they're moved beyond a cetain distance from a designated point, "activation" would occur. Also rig them with anti-tamper mechanism that would "activate" if tampering is attempted -- and to make sure there's no mistake about it, slap on a "no user-servicable parts inside" sticker that warns of possible "significant bodily harm" if handled improperly.
