Hiya Barbara ---
Wipe away the rose-colored patina of nostalgia for a second < bg > and remember what it was like going into a 2.6 project as opposed to now. I remember praying that a client didn't want to get too Windows/GUI fancy in the 2.6 app because I knew that I was limited (7 max windows, problems coordinating modeless screens, etc.). With VFP, I live for the challenges because I truly believe that there is not much GUI/Win stuff I can't do.
>Agreed, that as Windows program tools go FPW wasn't one of the world's greatest, but at least snippets are usually small enough to understand. I'm upgrading a FPDos program, and one of the PRGS has over 10,000 lines of codes in nested CASE statements.
