Yes, I am following it. It's a compelling story. Very disturbing. I hope they bring him in unharmed and send him away for a very long time. He has outright declared his intention to kill as many cops as possible. A little nuts maybe?

Not that it matters where it happened, it would be just as compelling, but the location has relevance for me as well. My first real assignment on my first real job was at Stater Brothers HQ in Colton. I had done something or other good and was invited to the store opening party at a new store in Big Bear. A posh event in beautiful surroundings. I can understand why so many boxers train there before fights.
