>>If this is what bothers you so much, what stops you from doing exactly the same ? I am not sure they sell Irranian flags in Wallmart, but you can sure find one or make one yourself. Then get some beer; invite Bill.K and maybe few more friends who share your anger, and knock your self up burning it!
>>You can also get some kick out of using large poster of Ahmadinejad as darts target. Maybe do some home made fireworks that resemble nukes over Tehran as well. It can be therapeutic.
>>Get the anger out of your system! Just make sure you don't burn your and/or neighbour's house.

>I don't think there is anything relaxing about the Middle East, especially pertaining to nukes. A number of nations already have them (including Israel) and others are working on them. Given the historical enmity there it is not far-fetched that one will be used, and who knows where that will lead? If we are going to succeed in destroying our planet I think it's a good bet that is where it will start.

Israel 'paranoia' with Iran is story in itself. Whole 'wipe off the map' story was blown way out of proportion
(BTW based on translation error! http://www.democracynow.org/2012/4/19/headlines/israeli_minister_admits_ahmadinejad_never_said_israel_should_be_wiped_off_the_map ) for purely political reasons. This whole ill-conceived campaign is part of exactly opposite 'wipe off' direction plan which is to actually wipe out Iran from the map of dangerous opponents in the Israel's neighborhood. For very long period of time, Iran is being pushed towards the war against the west, by acts of continued economic warfare (crippling sanctions) which aim/hope for regime change. However Iran regime/army might reach breaking point and react militarily before falling apart as west hopes.

If/when this happens, Israel will go through very tough times, as no sky umbrella will be able to hold off the rain of conventional rockets falling on it's fairly small territory. So in case of even slightly prolonged conflict which is very likely, they face substantial percentage of 'scorched earth' patches on their own territory. Therefore they might have to resort to sending nuke or two to stop that rain. This is when 'wipe off the map' story will come again handy as to minimize international outcry (Russia,China might 'go ballistic' quiet literally and nobody wants that!) as in justifying annihilating blows to Iran by legit fear of it's own extinction.
(Interestingly though, nobody is even considering true talks with Iran. Pressure/hostility against Iran will continue! )

However despite huge military supremacy (US/UK/Israel vs Iran), risk is still far to big for Israel, and that is exactly what still maintains fragile peace. For how long, nobody knows. Perhaps war chessboard masters did not yet find safe way to checkmate Iran without
loosing Queen (Israel) in the process. Otherwise Iran would have been probably history long time ago.

Iran in itself (if left alone) is no threat to anybody, however when put in above described circumstances then this whole situation
becomes serious global nuclear threat.
